The proposed asset donation constitutes an inter vivos gift governed by Articles 893 et seq. of the Civil Code. It can in no case be assimilated to a game of chance, a lottery or a commercial contest.

Exclusive role of the notary: Once an application is selected by Danièle Planet following a benevolent examination of the situations presented, the file is fully transmitted to a sworn notarial office responsible for drafting the authentic deed of donation, verifying the identity and legal capacity of the beneficiary, and registering the transaction with the competent tax administration.

Principle of the single beneficiary: The donation relates to a transmission awarded to a single person (or household). Once the notarial deed is formalized and validated, applications are permanently closed and no further requests can be received or processed.

Total absence of financial consideration: In accordance with public policy rules, no file fees, hidden commissions or cash advances are requested from the applicant by Danièle Planet. Legal formalities are conducted with absolute transparency.

As part of presenting your situation (via the contact form or direct correspondence), personal data is collected: last name, first name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence and biographical elements relating to your life journey.

Exclusive purpose of processing: This information is collected for the sole purpose of allowing Danièle Planet to study your testimony with discernment and to contact you directly. It is not subject to any commercial exploitation, automated profiling or transfer to third parties.

Absolute confidentiality: Danièle Planet undertakes to respect the strictest secrecy regarding confidences, difficulties and projects shared with her.

Retention period: Messages and contact details of unsuccessful candidates are securely deleted upon final closure of the donation procedure at the notarial office.
